Why your donation matters
As a charity, The Grange Festival is able to claim 25% on top of your donations, through Gift Aid. To make your ticket money work to our best advantage, we split the cover price into two parts: one part is a donation, and the second part is the base ticket price which is liable for VAT. The base ticket price is the minimum amount you are required to pay in order to be admitted to the show. Anything you wish to donate over and above this will be treated as a Gift Aid donation. The donation element ranges between £18 – £86 a ticket; approximately 45% of the whole ticket value. Box Office income only covers around half of our outgoings each year and all donations received through ticket sales go towards the productions, ensuring the highest possible quality for our audiences. We therefore request that the suggested donations are included when possible, and are truly grateful for all donations given with each ticket. We are legally bound, however, to point out that the donation element is optional. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact the Box Office on 01962 791020.

Tickets are sold for each individual performance and are not refundable.

A booking fee may be charged.

Tickets are only exchangeable or accepted for resale at The Company’s discretion which will be exercised in accordance with availability and demand. If this discretion is exercised the Company may charge a small administration fee.

All tickets are sold subject to the right of The Company to make any alterations to the published performances, dates or casts which may be necessary owing to illness or other unavoidable causes.
