Dining At The Grange Festival
Dining is a central component of The Grange Festival experience. Every evening has a 90-minute interval mid-performance, and we provide a range of food and drink options before the performance and at the interval.
Whether you purchase food and drink from us, or bring your own, planning ahead is essential as there are limited options available on the day.
You can learn more about the options available below. Marquee seating can be booked now, and the full range of options goes on sale on Tuesday 24 March at 10:30am.
Prioity booking opens for Founders and Patrons opens on Tuesday 17 March at 10:30am and Members on Thursday 19 March at 10:30am.
Interval Dining
We offer a range of picnic packages and sharing platters to build the ideal picnic to suit your party, or take advantage of our three-course dinner in the house. Interval dining options must be booked in advance and some options will sell out.
Wine & Sharing Platters
We have a wonderful wine list to suit a range of tastes and budgets as well as a range of snacks and platters to have before the performance or to supplement your picnic. We suggest booking these ahead as there is a limited selection available on the day.
Seating & Place Settings
Bringing your own food and drink? Book a rain-safe space for your party, either in one of our large terrace marquees or in a private pavilion. If you want to leave the plates and glassware at home, you can also book pre-set place settings. Private pavilions are expected to sell out so we recommend booking early.
If you're ordering one of our picnics then you will also need to book a private pavilion or seats in one of the marquees. Plates, cutlery and glassware are included within the cost of the picnic.
On the day
Our bars serve a selection of our wines by the glass as well as a range of soft drinks, tea and coffee, and cake.
Should the weather become inclement, we will continue to sell remaining terrace marquee seating on the day, but we cannot guarantee availability.
If you are bringing your own picnic, we encourage you to bring a trolley if you need it as there are only a small number available on site. Parties with access and mobility needs should speak to our hospitality team to learn which dining options will be best.
