Overview

Soprano Isabel Maria Araujo (pictured above) and Baritone James Wafer will be accompanied by Stella Marie Lorenz, recent prize winning graduate of Royal Academy of Music. Isabel won our first Grange Festival Prize in 2022.

They will be guests of The Nicholas Boas Charitable Trust, dedicated to the development of visual and musical arts students.

If you saw Macbeth or The Yeomen of the Guard at The Grange last summer, you will have seen both Isabel and James in action. Don’t miss this opportunity to see them in a more intimate setting, presenting a mixed programme of opera arias and song.

The Grange Festival identifies and supports outstanding young talent. Your presence at their recital helps Isabel, James and Stella on their professional pathway and helps us in this crucial work.

Tickets are £45 including light refreshments. Space is limited so book quickly to avoid disappointment.

There’s so much talent in our wonderful young Chorus at the Grange, and we now have a prize to recognise someone who shows exceptional promise. Isabel is a terrific company member and a very gifted singer. I couldn’t be more delighted for her, and I hope that she’ll take this magnificent award as a real vote of confidence.
