These guidelines have been drawn up to adhere to current Covid protocols and to protect you, our staff and the performers. Please help us by reading and observing them
Tickets to be booked online from 10am on Tuesday 4 August ona first come first served basis. We will email your e-ticket with detailed instructions about your visit. We will not issue paper tickets. The show is not suitable for children under 12.
We will collect contact information about each ticket booker during the ticket purchasing process. We may need to share your contact details with NHS Track and Trace if required.
Money held on account for the 2021 Festival cannot be used to purchase tickets for this out of season event.
If stricter Government Covid measures are imposed and cancellation is unavoidable tickets will be refunded.
If Covid protocol allows the show will be moved indoors in the event of bad weather and the audience will be directed to 60 designated seats, all at 2m distancing. If this indoor performance is not permitted and the show is cancelled we will refund tickets.
FOOD AND DRINK
There will be no refreshments available on site and the grounds may not be used for picnicking before or after the show. Please do not bring any food or drink with you other than a bottle of water.
ARRIVING FOR THE SHOW
You may arrive from 30 minutes prior to the show. Check in at the top of the car park with your home printed ticket or eticket.
Face masks are mandatory. If you do not have one we will provide you with one.
After check in you will be directed to a waiting area with seats. The audience of 60 people will be guided through the performance. Social distancing of 1m (or 2m) must be observed
Please leave non-essential items in your car.
Photography, filming and sound recording of this event of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Mobile phones must be switched off during the performance.
Dogs will not be allowed on the site apart from registered service dogs.
MOBILITY / WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
This is a moving promenade performance around the site. The nature of the landscape, the terraces and uneven surfaces will make this difficult for people with mobility issues. Please contact the Box Office for further information.
Latecomers cannot be admitted
There will be toilets located in the car park. Toilets will be cleaned between performances. You are asked to wash your hands and sanitise thoroughly
There will be nothing to purchase on site. You can download the programme or print it at home.
HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?
The performance runs for 60 minutes with no interval. After the show please leave the site and car park straightaway to allow the next audience to arrive. You are not able to picnic on the site or in the car park before or after the performances
